MANOR PHARMACY: Full Time Relief Dispensary Assistant - across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire

We are looking for a full time Dispensary Assistant to join our Relief team to cover holiday and sickness across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

The hours of work for the position will be 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday, the exact hours of work will be dependent upon the opening hours of the branch that is being covered.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous pharmacy dispensing experience
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence and their own vehicle (mileage expenses will be paid after a given amount of miles)
  • Be committed and self-motivated 
  • Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team
  • Be keen to learn about our products and services

This position is to predominately provide cover across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire however you may also be required to cover in Burton and South Staffordshire. 

The successful candidate will be expected to build good relationships with the branches and have an active role in the day to day operations of the counter and dispensary services. You will be expected to provide support in a range of aspects to the pharmacy teams. 

There will be the opportunity to take part in our excellent training and development programme, so that you are confident in providing expert advice on our medicines, professional services and general healthcare. 

Salary for all positions is dependent on previous experience.

MANOR PHARMACY: Full Time Pharmacist Manager – Manor Pharmacy, Bank Road, Matlock

We are recruiting for a Pharmacist Manager for our Bank Road pharmacy in Matlock. 

The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (with half an hour for lunch) and Saturdays 9am -2pm. The successful candidate would work full days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and alternate Saturdays 9am to 2pm. 

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be providing excellent customer and patient care, dispensing medication, listening to patients and giving expert advice. Along with supporting the professional development and training of staff members. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • You will work within a busy pharmacy, ensuring expert care and service is delivered at all times. 
  • Working with the branch team and using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver excellent service to our customers and patients.
  • Providing expert advice and care to patients.
  • Being accountable for professional, legal and ethical decisions made in the pharmacy, with the help of our Superintendents Department.
  • Actively supporting the development and training of colleagues.
  • Working to deliver world class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team

Our ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be professional, caring and have a hands-on approach to modern community pharmacy. In addition, you will:

  • Be GPhC registered 
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Have the relevant CPPE training to offer MURs, NMS and Flu vaccines
  • Keep up to date with your own learning and development, completing any required Pharmacist training

Support Workers - Peak Home Care

Peak Home Care are a Domiciliary Care Company, we strive to provide effective care in order to enable those who need extra help to stay within their own homes. Due to expansion we have several Part and Full Time vacancies for Support Workers.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to work in the community, your main responsibilities and duties will include help with the following depending on the service user needs;

  • Personal Care (dressing, washing, toileting, showering, grooming etc.)
  • Healthcare (medications, emotional support, regaining social skills etc.)
  • Dietary Care (preparation of snacks & meals, assisting with feeding)
  • Domestic (cleaning, vacuuming, laundering, ironing, shopping)
  • Personal Services (assistance with paying bills, voting etc.)

Applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and access to own transport in order to get to and from Service Users' houses.
