MANOR PHARMACY: Full Time Pharmacist Manager – Manor Pharmacy Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Peak Pharmacy is the trading name of PCT Healthcare Ltd in the Chesterfield area. We are a family-run company with over 120 pharmacies, including 36 Manor Pharmacies in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Areas. 

We are recruiting for a Pharmacist Manager for our pharmacy on the Ladybrook Estate in Mansfield. 

The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (with half an hour for lunch), and Saturdays 9am-1pm. The successful candidate would be expected to work at least 2 in 4 Saturdays (with time off in the week to compensate for this). 

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be providing excellent customer and patient care, dispensing medication, listening to patients and giving expert advice. Along with supporting the professional development and training of staff members. 

Key responsibilities include:
  • You will work within a busy pharmacy, ensuring expert care and service is delivered at all times. 
  • Working with the branch team and using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver excellent service to our customers and patients. 
  • Providing expert advice and care to patients.
  • Being accountable for professional, legal and ethical decisions made in the pharmacy, with the help of our Superintendents Department.
  • Actively supporting the development and training of colleagues.
  • Working to deliver world-class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team

Our ideal candidate:

  • Be GPhC registered 
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Have the relevant CPPE training to offer MURs, NMS and Flu vaccines
  • Keep up to date with your own learning and development, completing any required Pharmacist training

MANOR PHARMACY: Dispensary Assistant – London Road, Derby

We are looking for a Full Time Dispensary Assistant to work in our London Road pharmacy in Derby to cover a period of maternity leave. 

The hours of work will be 41 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Tuesday 8.30am to 6.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm. When working the Saturday, you will not work the Wednesday morning (8.30am to 12.30pm).

The ideal candidate:

As a Pharmacy Undergraduate, our eight week vacation programme will introduce you to all aspects of community pharmacy. This is a full time role, term of eight weeks commencing July 2018.

We are looking to recruit Support Workers to work in the community, your main responsibilities and duties will include help with the following depending on the service user needs;
